Baked 6oz Beef Tenderloin wrapped in a puff pastry and stuffed with Mushroom Duxelle.  Served with your choice of two sides.

Pan Seared Cajun Chicken breast served over Parmesan-Reggiano creamy risotto.  Served with a side salad.
