Finding a player’s correct specifications is a very important element in selecting new clubs and it enhances the learning process. During the fitting, we will determine club length, loft, lie angles, shaft type, shaft flex, grip type, and grip size.

Rules & Etiquette


We want everyone to enjoy their time at Green Hill Country Club. We kindly ask that you follow our club rules and etiquette, so that we can provide a pleasant experience for all who visit.
 

USGA rules govern all play
  • Red stakes mark lateral hazards, yellow stakes mark water hazards.
  • Surfaced roads, cart paths, and buildings are considered immovable obstructions and a free drop is allowed. Drop within one club length of the nearest point of relief, but not close to the hole.
  • Ball hitting electric wires on holes 1 and 18, the player must replay shot, no penalty.
  • The road in back of holes 9 and 18 is out of bounds.
  • Yardage markers: yardages are measured to the center of the green.
 
Green Hill etiquette
  • Allow faster players to play through.
  • Obey green and white entry and exit posts.
  • Obey cart rules and regulations. The path only, on holes 4, 8, 11, and 14.
  • Take relief from all flower beds without penalty.
  • Repair ball marks on greens.
  • Rake sand traps and fill divots with sand provided on the cart.
  • Wear proper attire (collared shirts, soft spikes, no jeans, no tanks).
  • Use restrooms located near holes 6 and 13.
